Clunk in steering wheel

So when I am returning from a turn mostly, but a few time when starting a turn, I feel and hear a clunk in the steering wheel. I could be wrong but it doesn't sound/feel like something coming up the steering but in the wheel itself in the cabin, pretty sure, but can't tell 100%.
I can't reproduce it, seems completely random on when it happens.

Anybody have suggestions on where to start? Any known problems?
