Was an hour and a half into our 1500 mile R/T road trip when at highway speed I apparently ran over a nail or other sharp object. A few minutes later I got a warning of low tire pressure. I could scroll the dashboard info center to see that my passenger front was in fact losing pressure at about a pound every 5 secs. That was great information to have and am still curious what would have happened at 80mph if my first indication would have been pulling to the side....
Anyway, fortunately a Mass Pike rest area was less than 2 miles ahead so I limped to it and parked. I thought this would be a great time to try Acura's Total Luxury Care (TLC). I called and waited. And waited. It is not that they didn't send a truck for me, they never picked up the phone. It rang and it sounded like it got picked up, but no one was on the other end. Called again. Same thing. This was a Friday around noon! Fortunately It was just a flat tire and I put the mini on myself and then got the tire repaired before continuing on our trip. We are buying AAA and leaving that card in my wife's MDX instead if that worthless TLC.
In summary, the vehicle did great. Acura's promised care was non-existent.
