Trip computer resetting

I have a 2013 MDX Tech and every once in a while (once a month or so) when I press the Select button to enter into Trip computer, it resets the Trip A stats. I do a simple gentle press and get frustrated to see that the MPG numbers are reset.
Does this happen to anybody else?
