New 2012 Acura MDX Advanced/Ent

Hi I found a new 2012 Acura MDX Advanced /Enter but it has 180 miles on it.

I got the offer for $43999 but I can buy the same 2013 with Advanced and Ent for $47500

Need your opinion to see if it is a good deal for 2012.
