Keyless Access Systems - What Models Have It?

Just brought a late model 2G Tech home from the dealership for a 24 hour test drive. Fit the bill on everything that the wife wanted and then some.

Of course as soon as [she tries to] unlock[s] it, she asks why it does not unlock as soon as she touches the handle like her older Toyota.

I have browsed through Google and the search function here and noted that many RL models have this as well as the ILX and late model TLs. Is a 2014 the only way we can get the Keyless Access System? Would an older Advance have this feature?
