2005 Acura TL 150,000

Is this year and model known to have a chronic issue?

i.e. I had a '13 Altima, and there were quite a bit of complaints about

1. Noise coming from the driver side door. Nissan only offered temp fixes to the mirror.

2. CVT transmission issues

The '14 Altima has not had as many complaints.

I know the miles are high, how long does an Acura go for? I'm only needing this car to survive 12 to 16 months until I buy a new Altima again.
