Brake Clunk Sound right when you're about to stop

Hi Guys,

So you know when you wash your wheels/tires and you go for a drive your brakes will make a clunk sound right when you stop and let go of the brakes?

Well mine is doing that all the time. What's wrong with my brakes? When I'm stopping, the brakes work fine and there's no squealing or rubbing sounds.

But it's just the annoying clunk right when you stop and when you let go of the brake.
