Aftermarket Headlight Housing

Does anybody have experience with an aftermarket headlight, such as sold by rockauto.com?

My daughter's 2007 headlights are actually peeling. Incidentally, her front bumper cover is doing the same thing, so I can assume some sort of chemical has done this.

OEM headlights are $600 per side, while aftermarket are roughly 1/2 that.
