Acura TL Type S Squeaking noise from engine belt area (video inside)

My TL is making squeaking noise from the engine area and sometimes tapping noise when engine is cold.

I read somewhere belt tensioner need to be replaced. Will it fix both tapping & squeaking noise? If anyone had similar issue and fixed it please let me know.
