Change 2011 mdx differential oil and transmission oil

Sick of paying the Stealership.
I want to change the differential and transmission fluid.

What fluids do i use, do i need crush washers, a pump?
Are there any filters to change?
And how much fluid do i need.

I live in Canada and did not want to buy them at the dealership.

Thanks - i also own a 2007 rdx and will be doing the same.

i saw that you have to use acura awd fluid - this means i have to buy it at the dealership?
