Evaporator Drain issue

Just as a precaution as i heard stories of the clogged drain hose causing all sorts of problems. Basically my 07 tl-s was hit in the back driver side quarter panel and they put in a brand new one. After getting it back i used the ac about 2 weeks later and there was a really musty smell which only got a little better after using the ac for a while. So i changed the filter and the old filter wreaked of the smell. But even with the new one the smell still persisted. So i was reading online and saw that people have gotten into a lot of problems with the evaporator being clogged. So it was around 60 degrees when i used the ac and after 15 min saw no water puddle. So i waited it was about 75 degrees yesterday and pulled the passenger side carpet to the side then pulled the tube inside and ran the ac for about 25 min but no water was dripping again. With the ac on I can feel air coming out of the drain tube. So i still blew air into the tube to see if anything would come out but nothing. Any help or suggestions, i do not want to be another person paying for something i could have done earlier.thanks
