Significance of the VIN

I was just wondering if there is any significance to the VIN in terms of determining where it was produced on the production line (ie. do all RLX VIN's start with the same number and count up from there?). It would be interesting to know, if for no other reason, which number of RLX your car was to be produced...

Also, what was the first month of build dates for the 2014 RLX?
