Few problems a week in, but nothing too major...

On Thursday I was planning to go look at wheels for my car and I had my brother close my garage for me, since I have yet to set up my homelink. It was a nice day so I had all my windows down, as I started to drive I heard some weird noise and it scared me so I went to check it out. Well, it turns out I had some metal stuck in my tire. It looked like some sort of small part of a chainlink fence, and was fairly small so I decided to try pulling it out... Bad idea, this metal ended up being about three inches long, so it started spewing out air. I then decided to take it to my dealership and drive real slow plus the air had stopped leaking at about 27psi, so I felt good about continuing to the dealership. The service guy took it to get repaired, so I asked him if I could talk to a sales manager. The manager comes and asks me what the problem was, so I told him that I was upset that there was no spare tire to put on my car (I kinda knew it didn't come with one while briefly reading stuff on these forums before getting the car). I had told him that at no point during the sale did the salesman or manager that I worked with mention that to me, nor did they offer to sell it to me and specify the lack of one (They honestly didn't and I had to go in two separate occasions due to the fact that they didn't have the color I wanted so I had to come back after they transferred my vehicle. So they had two separate days to let me know, plus the excitement of getting the new car let it slip my mind to ask during the sales process). So I asked the sales manager what can be done to fix this. He then told me that he was sorry that no one mentioned it to me, or even tried to sell it to me. He told me that he would sell it to me at cost, so it ended up being $270 with tax and labor included.

I was pretty happy with the way that turned out, until today. So, today I had an appointment to get my windows tinted and was excited because I hate rolling around being blinded by reflections from all directions, or lights at night. The installer called me before started working on the last window, which was the rear window. He told me that there was some weird thing with my headliner, so I rushed back to see what he was talking about. Sure enough, There was some sort of vein looking thing happening above my rear window that looked like someone had folded the headliner in half or something. Now I know that the installer is reputable, in fact so reputable that he is the exclusive tint installer for multiple Acura and Lexus dealerships within 40 miles. Now I knew that the dealership would try to blame someone, so I took pictures and immediately called that same manager that I had worked with the previous day. I told him my issue and emailed him the photos, which he promptly called me back. He proceeded to tell me that it looked like someone had tried to pull the headliner and asked if I was certain if the installer didn't try that before installing the rear tint and I told him who I was getting it through and he immediately stopped questioning me. He told me that they would most likely replace it under warranty and I would have to drive a loaner in the mean time. My appointment is on Monday next week, so I'll update what happens afterwards.

I also mentioned another thing I found irritating, there's some sort of bump on my steering wheel. At about 12 o'clock on the steering wheel on the back side, there is this bump that bothers me now that I noticed it the other day. That's another thing they're going to be looking at on Monday as well. We'll see how serious they take this steering bump thing.
