I pulled up the autocheck on a car and saw it was in a MINOR accident. I called the guy and he said someone hit his fender (Minor according to him is $500 or less). So I pulled up the police report. The police report stated that he was turning in the right lane and the other car on his left turned along with him. The speed limit there was 15MPH and it states that the vehical was estimated going 10MPH. The Damage Level report they put down there was Damage Severity 2

But according to the police report it says it wasn't towed.
Bascially the guy whos car I want, sideswiped the guy that shouldn't have turned with him at 10MPH and only had damage to that 1 fender. That shouldn't be considered bad should it?
