Hey guys! First post, wish me luck.
I just bought a bunch of led boards from snb331 off of eBay for my interior lights. I got the recommendation from one of the other threads on this amazing site.
I was searching to see if anyone has installed these, or any other light to the underside of the hood for working at night. Either running it straight from the battery with an inline fuse and a switch mounted to the hood, or maybe a pressure switch that would depress and turn off the light automatically when the hood was closed.
Alas, I found no thread that has this info and do I figured I would create one because I think this a great form and function mod to our car.
I was just curious if anyone had done something similar to this and mainly how would the led board and switch hold up from the high heat of the engine.
Any thoughts or maybe a link to a thread I could not find would be greatly appreciated.
