Manually saving music into HDD

Anyone know how to do this? I was looking around the settings in the audio and there is an option to save music "Automatically" or "Manually".

The first CD i put in, it actually saved the entire CD into the HDD which I thought was pretty cool. I went into the settings and changed it to automatic so doesn't save every CD i put in.

I'd like to pick and choose certain folders in my data CD to save into the car's HDD.. but I can't seem to find any reference in the owner's about manually saving music into the HDD.. Anyone have any ideas?
