So, the real issue here is that I got this car just 2 days ago and I already got rear ended by a dumb ***** texting while driving in traffic.
Unfortunately, I was on the way to court so I didn't have time to call the cops and file a report. I got a picture of her license, her ID, her business card, etc..
The damage is MINIMAL, but what do you all think I should do? The car was protected with permaplate, so not sure if that protects anything.
