Redline Synthetic Oil or Royal Purple Synthetic OiL

Has anyone used either of these synthetic oils in your TSX and what results did you notice from them? I am planning on switching over to full synthetic oil. My car has around 71,000 miles and I've changed oil every 3000 miles since having my car new in 2006. I was using the regular 5w30 oil every 3000 miles and now would like to switch over to full synthetic.
