I have a brand-new 2014 all-wheel-drive. When accelerating softly the shift from first to second will clunk very badly, it is very audible and a jarring affect can be felt throughout the whole vehicle. The dealer says they have never had this problem and is unaware of any TSBs.
It doesnt do it all the time, but it does it several times a trip if you dont accelerate firmly, and who wants to do that with where gas prices are today.
