'04 Civic LX Exhaust Manifold

So, noticed Saturday while changing her oil, that my wife's Civic has a small crack in the exhaust manifold between cyl 2 & 3 upstream of the precat O2 sensor, just enough that you can feel hot exhaust while the car is running.
Checked RockAuto & the local Honda dealer & it's looking like ~225 & 500 respectively. Gotta love that the cat is part of the manifold.

Thought to check with the collective knowledge here if there is anything else to consider? Aftermarket? Is it possibly repairable?
