Front right tire noise when reversing TL '06

Hey all! My good 'ol '06 TL has been running into some difficulties lately and I'm hoping you experts can help diagnose what it is. It's sitting right around 85k miles and has been doing really well until some weirdness with the front right tire started occurring within the last week.

First, there's a loud squealing noise coming from the front right tire while backing up and having the wheel turned far to the right (not all the way)

You can hear it in the video .

It sounds kinda terrifying. This particular sound only happens when I'm backing up with the wheel to the right, though it continues until I've almost got the wheels straight while backing up.

Secondly, there's another noise coming from the front right tire, but only while traveling forwards: sounds like a really high pitched ringing noise. It's high enough pitch that my phone's microphone can't accurately capture it, but it doesn't seem to change pitch in relation to speed and is not constant (happens anywhere above ~15MPH, but not exactly at a given speed). It's loud enough to be embarrassing while driving down the street and I was planning on taking it to the shop to get it diagnosed, but figured I'd ping the community first.

I'm not entirely sure the two are related, but the both started within 48 hours of each other so it's awfully coincidental. Thoughts?
