LF Reliable Machanic, Bay Area / Monterey Peninsula

My car has had the 3k front end shakes for a while. Finally stumbled across that replacing the inner axle fixes this problem.

Now the problem is finding someone to do it. I tried one guy for some other small repairs and ~$400 worth of work cost over 1K so im not going back to him...


Any ballpark on what it should run to replace inner axles on both sides?
And can anyone recommend a mechanic / shop near santa cruz, watsonville, san jose or in that general area?
