I bought these last year from Bruce and was going to do another custom set but havent had the time to do it and they're just collecting dust at this point. They need rebuilt, and made pretty. Do not expect to be able to buy these and just roll with them. At the price I'm selling them for you shouldnt expect that anyways. At this price you could pay someone to rebuild them, pay for the rebuild kit, pay for a powdercoat job and still have less than 400 in them probably...
