So this all happened in late December, but I'm still writing a post about it cuz I get pissed off every time I look at my car now...
First off, here is a pic of how my car looked BEFORE this happened:

Anyways....I was driving south on the turnpike down here in Miami cruising at around 65-70mph. I was taking my son to school and it was around 9 in the morning. Coming around a semi-blind corner some idiot about 5 or 6 cars ahead of me wasn't paying attention and runs over an enormous piece of re-tread tire from a semi (about 2-3 ft. long). This thing flips up and bounces off of 3 cars before finding its way to my lane. It happened really quick and with the kid in the car and all the other cars next to me i couldn't do much of anything, but take the hit. It was on the driver side that I took the hit/ ran it over. Honestly it didn't sound like much when it happened...almost like the sound of running over a sheet of plywood laying flat in the road. When i pull up to the school and get out, my front bumper is hanging off on that side and and i see all of this damage:ugh::

Since the incident i've managed to buff out most of the scuff marks with the exception of a couple that are bad. Popped the side skirt back in also. As for front and rear bumpers....well they're both split and it sucks. Front fender liner is pretty tore up too. Oh and that wheel is pretty scratched up too. So upsetting to see every time I walk out the front door now. Wish people would pay more attention to the road instead of eating a bowl of dicks while they're driving. Countless times I see people swerving cuz they're texting or dialing a number or just plain old eating shit. God help us all. Too many people in this city with no brain whatsoever.
