Unexplainable brake problem

I need some help with a pretty strange problem. I have an 04 Tsx 6speed non navi.My problem first started when a rear caliper on the passenger side locked up. I was saving money at the time for drilled and slotted rotors all around. Since it locked up I bought stock replacement caliper pads and a rotor for that side. During the replacement I stretched the brake cable on that side. I didn't realize it got stretched until it got into the freezing over night and the ebrake wouldn't disengage fully. I took it to a shop and they said it was the caliper that was bad not the cable so I had them change it. After I got it back the pedal was a mushy so I had them re bleed it(front left, front right, rear right, rear left) it was still a little lower than normal but I needed it for work. A couple days later the ebrake froze again. The next morning I decided to stop using the ebrake and just park it in gear until I could replace that. Then a week later as I'm driving the pedal gets firm like it used to be and I'm thinking great its working, but when I get to my destination I realize that the caliper on the driver's side was stuck because it was really cold that night and it was a little steamy and smelled like hot brakes when I got out. Got it towed through the insurance to the same Shop and I decided to change the rest cables, pads, rotors, calipers and brake hoses all at once to eliminate all problems... Well once he is done the pedal was still mushy and would engage about half way down. Sounded like master cylinder so I get one and he replaced it for me (it was remanufactured from an auto parts store they didn't have a new one.) After we install it and it is properly bled the pedal is still the same mushy way. We decide maybe other brake components could be failing so we change the front calipers, hoses, pads, and rotors(pads and rotors were close to changing time anyways)
Once that is done there is no pedal at all it falls to the floor. At this point I get on the forums and I read where the vsa module on the Tsx sometimes let's air into the lines as a defect and even noted in a Mitchel tsb so I get a tested one from lkq for about 350 because dealer wants 1200 for a new one. We got it installed and did the neutral position relearn and bleed out again but this time we vacuum bleed it like the dealership told us to in the same order. And still no pedal!! At this point I'm ready to give up but all the money so far I can't. As a last chance we defect out the master cylinder to get another one and it still does nothing. Pedal to the floor.. I call the dealership(closest Acura dealership is 60 miles away) they say it would cost up to 157 to diagnose.. I have it towed there and they diagnose it and say the master cylinder and the rear driver caliper are malfunctioning and not working properly. They say 900 for Parts and labor and they say he is confident it will fix it. They called me last Monday and said it was done the technician and the service rep both test drive it and said it was good. They said my passenger front Abs sensor needed replaced but I already knew that cause it was bad before all this started... (Also my wife has a Tsx with a bad Abs sensor and it brakes fine..) So yesterday I call and ask a different person to test drive it before I Drive over an hour to get my car. He said it's braking well so I make the trip.... I get there and test drive it before I pay and the pedal is engaging half way down... I'm pissed and I tell the guy that isn't my normal service rep that it's bad and he says all we can do is wait till Monday when he is back and I can talk to him... And that's where I sit now, waiting...
I don't want to throw any more Parts at this thing and I want to know what is wrong with my car.
Does anyone what could be the solution... It just doesn't make sense that I have changed all the hydraulic components and there are no leaks and still very soft pedal... Please help and thank you very much...
