Dayco TB kit, just purchased

so I just purchased the dayco timing belt kit with water pump without seals. (What does without seals mean) any idea?

Does anyone know anything about it? Purchased it from advance auto for $130.

What else should I order while I'm replacing this. Thermostat? What else. I'm having this done while I'm on vacation.
