ARE ILX being blown out?

With the 2016 right around the corner, my two local dealers still have quite a bit of 2015 inventory.

Are they required to get rid of the 2015, to get their 2016 allocation, or can they sell 2015 and 2016 side by side?

Will they be blowing out the 2015 TLX for Civic LX money?
