Car Shakes/Hesitates During Highway Driving

Hello,

I have a 2008 RDX AT. The car has over 105K miles on it, and recently has started shaking/jerking for a split second while on the highway, usually while trying to accelerate. It's a noticable shake throughout the car, and I haven't noticed it during city driving.

I'm going to schedule a service appointment, but in the interim wanted to see if anyone else has expereinced and possible resolutions.
