Hello Ziners, over the past few weeks you may have noticed me being active on the forum and posting threads and asking questions in hopes that ill find the perfect first car. I ran in an extraordinary deal on craigslist, of a 160k mile 2005 Acura TL for around 6k. it has a brand new transmission with a 3 year 36 month warranty on it, but there are a couple problems about the car that doesn't check out. here is the email the seller sent me about its problems.

so what do you guys think? can i easily fix the navi by inserting a disc?
what about the alignment? can i just get it aligned and will it be brand spanking new? and once i get bumper pics ill post them, along with any pics of the interior. thank you so much for your assistance on all of this!
