PS Noise after Timing Belt Service

Hey guys,

I performed the timing belt service (tb, wp, all pulleys and tensioners, serpentine belt, spark plugs, new coolant), and ever since then, I've had this PS noise. I went back to the shop that performed the service, and they said that sound was always there, which of course it wasn't; and it was hard getting them to admit it and fix it.

I've flushed the PS fluid with OEM fluid, the fluid is now nice and yellow/clear. Did my pump go bad? The O-Ring on the inlet hose is updated.

Any help is appreciated. The noise gets louder when turning. It whines + grinds.
