06 TL cat back exhaust / intake

So I'm looking to get a car back exhaust and intake.

I like the greddy evo 2 but it's not available anymore. I like the sound and how it looks..what's the next best option for something similar or the best place to find a used one?

Is it worth doing any other exhaust work w it like the jpipe or anything else?

I'm also looking to get an injen cold air intake. It looks like it gives some extra power and sounds decent.
