This is my first post. I searched "washer fluid" within MDX community and didn't find anything. Apologize if this topic has already been covered.
I own a 2004 MDX. My windshield washer fluid tank started leaking last summer. I found that if I filled it with about half a bottle of washer fluid it was fine. Now, with the cold weather, the crack must have expanded, because I cannot refill it without the washer fluid light coming on. I used below-0 (F) fluid. Some fluid comes out when I use the washer pump, but it's a weak flow.
On the MDX, only the fill spout is visible. From above or below I can't see the rest of the tank. Is replacing it doable for someone with low to medium repair skills? Any resources on how to? I don't see any instructions in my Haynes manual.
Thank you for any suggestions. jakevogel
