Carbon Fiber Trim Real? 06 TL 6mt

My new 06 TL 6mt has "carbon fiber" trim.:rolleyes: I wish It was the darker wood. I would be happier if I knew it was real. My brothers accord I think has the same stuff. This isn't real carbon fiber is it? Is that a stupid question??
Has anyone switched out all the trim in the car before?
Below isn't the best picture of the trim but it's the only interior shot I have right now.
