2016 ILX Oil Pan Replacement

Ooops! I bottomed out on my killer dirt road and I've got a big crack on the front of my oil pan.
Ouch - they start at $180!

I can't find a gasket? Is this sealed up with a liquid gasket only? Any recommendations there?

Is this a relatively easy job? The pans look like they have a flat mating surface - no tricky curve around the crank like I've seen on other cars.
Can I just drop the pan, or do I need to remove any other major components?
