My wife's car was recently totaled, but with a decent insurance payout we're looking at possibly getting her into an RDX AWD sometime soon (need to drive a Highlander and Grand Cherokee too, but pretty sold on RDX). I was quoted just under $35k (before TTL but including delivery) for a non-tech and $38.5k for a tech package (still deciding if she wants tech or not).
Edmunds, etc, are all quoting ~$2k off, so this is about $2400 off, seems like a pretty good deal to me. Thoughts? Not looking to screw them for every last penny. Only other thing I might do is ask for some winter floor mats in to sweeten the pot. This is the same dealer I bought my TSX from, they were fair and easy to work with.
One odd note, I requested a TrueCar quote, and a quote from a different dealer; TrueCar came back at $15.00 off (yes, fifteen dollars) and the other dealer offered fifty bucks off. WTF guys? The other dealer was closer to my wife's office so might be more convenient for service, etc, but they lost my business with that dumbass quote.
