Heavy Vibration/Rattle shifting from drive to neutral/park (AT)

I drive an 05 TL AT and I'm experiencing a really bad vibration when I shift from drive to N or P. Here's what happens: Sitting in drive, idling at around 900 RPM. Just after I shift into park, it goes down to 500 RPM and starts to vibrate/rattle really badly, and goes back up to 900 RPM after a second or two. This happened right after I replaced
- passenger side motor mount
- timing belt
- idler pulley
- tensioner pulley
- water pump & gasket
- hydro tensioner
- front camshaft seals x2
- crankshaft seal
- drive belt
- spark plugs
Did a search and could only find threads on vibration on 3rd/4th or idling.. I'm also experiencing a slight idle vibration too, not too bad but noticeable. If it helps this was after a cold start in -20 Celsius (-4 Fahrenheit) and about a 10 minute drive. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
