Condition:
-Car is in great mechanical and cosmetic condition inside and out; Normal wear and tear consistent with age
-No accidents and EVERYTHING is in working order (All mechanical and electronic functions)
-Tags Good until Jan 2015
-I am the 3rd owner

If anyone who knows me, I am very meticulous with my cars and there are things I will not compromise on. I wanted this car to be absolutely reliable and feel like a “current” car, not worn out. So I spent a lot of time to recondition and maintain the car to my “standards”. Below is a list of all service work that has been done to the car. I do all the work on my car (lots of experience working on Honda/Acuras), so all receipts will be available as proof.

This car will be trouble free for many more miles and years to come. It will be a challenge to find another turn-key car without the new owner having to put in the work to bring it back to this condition.

Exterior:
-Paint is in great condition and clear coat is still very glossy. Car has been parked in a garage at home and in a parking garage at work. No fading present.
-No door dings or dents on the doors
-Car is washed regularly and I wax/polish the car every 6 months
-There are light scratches here and there from daily use (Pictures shown)
-Small dent on the trunk by the Acura badge from someone backing into me (Pictures shown)

Interior:
-Interior is very clean with only normal wear and tear from use. Car has been owned by non-smokers.
-Leather is treated with Lexol or Leather Master Protective cream conditioner every few car washes
-Dash has a 1cm crack on the outline of the passenger side airbag cut out (will take a pic of this)

Engine:
-I just did a compression test this morning and all four cylinders are @190 PSI dead on (as you may know absolute numbers may vary from gauge to gauge or testing conditions, but what’s important is the consistency between the cylinders)
-Everything is in excellent working condition, minus a small tear I found on the intake tube which now has duct tape to prevent dirt/dust from entering the intake tube (Pictures shown)
