Volk Wheel suggestion

I own a 2010 TSX white. Looking to get a new set of rims. Preferably Volk.

I preferably want something grey or black.
I wanted to know if our cars run better on 18" or 19" rims.
As far as bang for buck would the Katana K102

Also Open to any wheel and tire suggestions.
