I need to replace my exhaust (PICS) Looking for new ones

The left axle exhaust is damaged. Not sure how, but as you can see it sits way lower than the right. I checked to see why and it turns out the section where the muffler meets the pipe is rusting or it has burned away causing it to lean down like that.

So in this case I have to buy another one. Well since i'm replacing this I might as well replace with a catback. What you think? My car is 2002 and I had these exhaust 5Zigen Fireball since 2003-2004. I also took pics of the stock catback pipes to show the condition. Typically how long do our stock catback system last? No mechanics had told me, "You might have to replace the catback sometime in the near future".

If I replace it should I keep the stock just in case I resell the car in the future? Or can the car resell with an aftermarket catback? I bought the car brand new.
