NAV Model 13 Pin CD Changer Port Pinout?

Hey guys, I've spent weeks lurking on the issue here but met many dead ends.

I have a non-navi 99 RL. I was able to find a navi console at the junkyard from an 02 that I installed. I'm trying to build an AUX input for the CD changer port, but I only have the 8 pin CD changer. I snagged the connector and pigtail from the navi stereo, but I do not know what the pinouts for the 12 pin connector are.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm trying to convert the 8 pin changer to work with the 12 pin connector.
