MDX Over Acadia Denali?

I am about to pull the trigger on a lease for either a 2013 MDX w/Tech or a 2013 Acadia Denali AWD.

This isn't (necessarily) a "which do I get" post. But more a question of whether anyone recently made the MDX choice over the Acadia and why. If you are on this board, I can assume you selected and are likely happy with the MDX.

I did own and had a great experience with a 2008 TL w/Tech, so I am high on the Acuras in general.
