exterior = black, interor black or parchment?

planning to keep this for 5++ years, two adults in front and two car seats in the back... we have decided on the black exterior for sure, but not sure if we want black leather or parchment(beige?)

We like the parchment but not sure how easy it is to get dirty and from previous beige leathers we had, it showed signs of wear faster then black leathers we had.

Any reasons you guys chose one over the other? We are in Ottawa so we have a short summer with not much sun heat, so the black leather will be tolerable.
