Bluetooth Music Options: 2008 TL (No Navi)

I'm a new Acura owner (2008 TL with no navi) and new forum member looking for advice on which product would be best for streaming audio from my Android phone through the factory stereo via Bluetoth. I'm looking for something that will allow me to use the factory controls to skip tracks with Spotify, and will allow me to retain use of the factory HFL for phone calls.

The research I've done has led me to three products:

Blitzsafe HON/BLUETOOTH V.2X

iSIMPLE ISHD651

Grom BT3

Has anyone had any experience with any of these products? Any others I should be looking at?
