Seems like they just slapped on some LED's for the TLX version and called it a day, the designs otherwise look identical. This has been bothering me for awhile so thought I'd see who else noticed and thinks AHM is lazy/uninspired :annoyed: The original 3G and 4G TL mirrors looked so much cooler and original with their wide yet compact designs (the 3G MMC ended up getting Acura's SUV-sized "corporate" LED mirror at the time, so that doesn't count)....reminiscent of Porsche, Ferrari, and Lambo mirrors :cool:

Even the RLX and Accord LX/EX have the same mirrors (except the cheaper Accord's has lanewatch...gasp). Not to mention the Chinese ILX borrowed the 2G TSX mirrors, so this theory isn't completely out of whack :toocool:
