Start using synthetic oil for my 07 TL(120K KM)

Hi All,

My 07 TL auto trans has 120K KM on it, do you think it is good idea to switch to synthetic oil ? Or it is too late? So far it runs well after I switch to synthetic oil a few weeks ago.
