Need a new engine for 2005 Base TL

Hi,
I'm wrinting from Europe.
Need my engine to be replaced - said the mechanic.
Does any 04-08 J32A3 engine fit?
I've checked out engines on ebay and theres something I don't understand about 6th digit VIN ???

Example:
04 05 06 Acura TL Engine 3 2L 6 Cyl Vin 6 6th Digit | eBay

How do I know if a specific engine wil fit my car?
