3rd Gen and 4th Gen TL Cat-Back the same?

Hey guys, sorry right away if this is in the wrong spot.

I have an '07 TL type S just wondering if a 2010 cat-back will bolt up!
I have looked at pictures and they appear to be similar... Just seeing if anyone actually knows for before I purchase! :wish: :wish: :wish:
