1999 acura tl - hard disk drive - help

Hey guys,

My screen is showing up Hard disk drive unformatted - contact dealer (blue screen).

I called the dealer and they said it's about $500 to $800 to fix. That's crazy for an old car. Anyone got any inputs? I'm not trying to spend a lot.. after all i'm still driving a 1999 car lol.

Any thoughts on this website too? They said they're selling it at $75
