TDC Sensor

Can anyone please please tell me the correct readings at connection for a TDC sensor on a 2001 CL-Type S ?

I am about to tear into this and really dont want to if I dont need to.

also getting a P1361 and want to know what would cause this trouble code other than water in the connector or bad sensor.
