When will the SH-AWD be available?

I had a 2010 TL SH-AWD an will probably get a 2015 TLX SH-AWD Technology or maybe Advance. Not sure when they will be available and I think the $1000 goes away the end of October. I hope there is some time between them being available and the loyalty money being discontinued.

Anybody have any information when these will be available in Florida
